Anthony Fadaka, FNIM, FCIA :: Registrar/Chief Executive
Anthony Fadaka holds a first degree in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife, Nigeria, and a Master of Business Administration from Coventry University, UK and attended leadership and Top Executive trainings at the University of Manchester, UK and at the American University of Shajar, UAE. Mr. Fadaka worked at various times as a Commercial, Cost Control, and Sales Personnel, as well as Procurement/Sourcing Administrator, and has been in general management for many years with vast knowledge of working operations of various economic sectors. His working career started as a Commercial Officer with Setraco Nigeria Ltd in the early 90s, before moving to Atlas Petroleum International Ltd, Lagos as Administration Manager in 1995 and then joined Nigerian Telephony and Telecommunications Incorporated (NITTI) as Deputy Manager, Commercial, in 1998; and was later elevated to the position of Manager, National & Long Distance Services in 2000. In September 2003, he joined Projects Direct Nigeria Ltd as Executive Director Operations, a position he held till January 2011 when he was appointed Director, Membership Services, by the Institute of Directors Nigeria, and appointed Acting Director General/CEO in 2013, a position he held till 2014 when the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) appointed him Deputy Registrar, and subsequently, Registrar in 2016. Mr. Fadaka was a Member of a familiarization team from Nigeria to British Telecoms’ facilities in England to study VSAT operations, and a Member of the study group that reviewed the prospect of a Triple-Play telecom network in Nigeria. He was also a Board Member of the defunct West African Broad Band Services Ltd, and a Member of Comm-Afrique’s bid committee for the Nigerian Second National Career. He was Nigeria’s pioneer representative at the African Corporate Governance Network. Mr. Fadaka, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration, is widely traveled, and his hobbies include playing chess and general reading. He is married with children.
Chukwuemeka Innocent Iwelunmor, MNIM :: Assistant Director, Field Operations
Chukwuemeka is a cerebral and well-rounded professional with over 29 years cognate and continuing hands-on work experience in the manufacturing, financial services, NGO, training, consulting and service sectors.
He started his career at Aideas Banc Ltd, a non-bank financial institution where he developed strong managerial skills. He later moved to other companies and organisations among which are Rosabon Investment Co., and Artdeco Nig. Ltd. He was Research Associate at Lagos Business School (LBS), Pioneer Programme Manager at Fate Foundation, Engagement Manager at Leapfrog Private Equity Partners, and Senior Programme Manager at Socketworks. He was General Manager (Corporate Services) at Cakasa Company Nigeria Limited, and General Manager at JMJ Consulting while developing deep vertical competencies and horizontal capacities in management, consulting and research. He was a Member, Award-Winning Team of the World Bank Development Marketplace Competition Prize for Proposal “Fostering Entrepreneurial Development in Port-Harcourt” as Programme Manager of Fate Foundation. He also received the Ford Foundation Scholarship for a certificate course in Venture Capital at the Venture Capital Institute, Atlanta Georgia, U.S.A.
Mr Iwelunmor holds a Bachelor and Masters degrees from Bendel State University, Ekpoma and Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1987 and 1989 respectively, and boasts of an excellent research, oral and written communication skills. He has been Involved in several research and written case studies adopted in leading business schools on Poverty, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Management, Change Management and Leadership. He also has a number of published articles on issues of National Development in ThisDay Newspaper.
Currently, Assistant Director, Field Operations/Head, NIM (Chartered) Management Centre, Abuja. He is married with children.
