Seneca’s size and diversity gives participants the advantage of partnership with industry leaders. We are delighted to invite you to attend/send nominations to the Institute’s Top Executive Leadership Programme in collaboration with the business school of Seneca College Canada.

Programme Overview:

One of the key challenges of today’s leaders is the increasing scrutiny from stakeholders. As a leader, being sensitive to your stakeholders’ needs is relevant in leading any type of organization, be it business, public service, or academic institution. Stakeholder engagement is premised on the notion that those groups who can affect or are affected by the achievement of organizational goals can make or mar the leader’s aspirations. Therefore the needs of these stakeholders must be identified, articulated, prioritized, delivered and monitored to ensure goal congruence.
